Results can be collected from 8:00am until 11:00am after which any uncollected results will be posted via Royal Mail to the student’s home address that we hold on record.

Only students will be allowed in school to collect results unless they have nominated a representative to collect on their behalf.

To nominate a representative, students will need to complete this online form, click here, before Wednesday 12 August 2026.

Results cannot be given to parents or anyone else without student consent.

Unfortunately, due to the busy nature of results day we will not be able to email any results to students.

We anticipate that we will receive certificates for summer 2026 from the exam boards by December 2026.

2025 Certificate Collection

The Summer 2025 exam certificates have arrived and are now available for collection!

Options for receiving exam certificates:

Current Year 12 LPSB students: Tutors of current students will let them know the specific instructions of when and where to collect certificates. Collection times will be during morning registration.

Current LPSB students (other year groups) & former students: Certificates can be collected from reception on weekdays between 9:00am and 4:30pm, term time only. Please check our website for term dates.

Student nominated representative: Students can nominate a representative to collect certificates on their behalf. The student will need to authorise this by completing this online form prior to collection. This authorisation must come directly from the student and not parents/carers. The student will need to confirm the full name of their representative. Please ensure that the representative brings their identification with them at the time of collection. Note that we will not be able to give certificates to representatives without prior authorisation from the student named on the certificates.

Postal option: To receive certificates by post you will need to pay for secure postage. To pay and arrange for postage please email exams@lpsb.org.uk. All certificates will be posted via the Royal Mail Tracked 24 with Signature delivery service.

Remember – The only verified evidence of your qualifications are your certificates. Employers and training providers will need to see them throughout your career and therefore it is vital that you collect your certificates and keep them safe.

Replacing lost certificates

If you have mislaid your certificates you will need to contact the individual awarding bodies directly to request a certified statement of results. Please note that each awarding body charges their own fees for this service (£50/£60 approx.). For further information regarding this please click here.
