2023 Certificate Collection

SUMMER 2023 EXAMINATION CERTIFICATES

The Summer 2023 exam certificates have arrived and are now available for collection!

Options for receiving exam certificates:

• Current LPSB students: Tutors of current students will let them know the specific instructions of when and where to collect certificates.  Most collection times will be during morning registration.

• Former students collection from school reception:  Students can collect their certificates from reception on weekdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm, term time only.  Please check our website for term dates. 

• Student nominated representative:  Students can nominate a representative to collect certificates on their behalf.  The student will need to authorise this by completing this online form prior to collection.  This authorisation must come directly from the student and not parents/carers.  The student will need to confirm the full name of their representative.  Please ensure that the representative brings their identification with them at the time of collection.  Note that we will not be able to give certificates to representatives without prior authorisation from the student named on the certificates.

• Postal option:  To receive certificates by post you will need to pay for secure postage.  To pay and arrange for postage please email exams@lpsb.org.uk.  All certificates will be posted via the Royal Mail Signed For ® 2nd Class delivery service.

Remember – The only verified evidence of your qualifications are your certificates.  Employers and training providers will need to see them throughout your career and therefore it is vital that you collect your certificates and keep them safe.

Replacing lost certificates
If you have mislaid your certificates you will need to contact the individual awarding bodies directly to request a certified statement of results.  Please note that each awarding body charges their own fees for this service (£50 approx.).  For further information regarding this please see https://www.gov.uk/replacement-exam-certificate
